Taste Spice Company imports only the freshest and highest quality spices from around the world. Taste has recently added an assortment of premium gourmet sea salts from France to the Himalayan region to the list of product offerings; if you have any questions regarding the Taste product line, please contact: Jennifer Young, jyoung@tastespice.com.
Shipping:
We process and ship all internet and phone orders within 48 hours. Our products are shipped in secure cardboard boxes and handled by Canada Post or UPS. This means you should receive your order within 2-4 working days anywhere in Canada. Allow an extra day for rural delivery. Please note that we do not ship outside Canada at this time as most countries have restrictions on the importation of certain food products.
Product Guarantee:
We take pride in sourcing high quality spices from our suppliers, and the packaging and presentation of our spice products is designed to reflect this quality. We guarantee the freshness, quality, and purity of our spices. Our products do not contain any colourings, preservatives, additives, or other agents.
Refunds / Returns:
If you are un happy with your for any reason, simply return to us and we will refund your transaction within 30 days.

We fully recognize that you may be concerned about the use and handling of your personal information. Your privacy is very important to us. The following details some of the ways in which your personal information is made secure
What information are you collecting:
Taste Spice Company Inc. collects personal information that can be used to identify you individually, such as your name, shipping and billing addresses, phone number, email address, credit card number and expiration date (for orders made only).

Shopping with Taste Spice Company is safe. The security of your personal information is important to us. When you enter sensitive information such as a credit card number on our registration or order forms, we encrypt that information using secure socket layer technology (SSL). SSL encrypts all personal information you send us, ensuring this information is sent to us in a private and secure manner.

Without exception, Taste Spice Company Inc. does not sell or otherwise provide the information we collect to outside third parties for the purpose of direct or indirect mass email marketing. Only Taste Spice Company Inc. handles information provided by customers. The only other parties to whom we provide limited information is Canada Post, which is utilized for the shipping and billing processes only. These companies will not maintain or utilize this information for any other purposes.
